Where we are today
Traders sell memberships to their calls and keep most of what members pay: 80% of every membership, or 50% for members who found them through our leaderboard. We take a small commission on the rest. It works, but it grows only as fast as traders bring in their own audiences.
Where we’re going
Once we have the funds, we’ll change our business model. Each quarter, the best performers on our leaderboard will win cash prizes:

Plus smaller prizes further down the leaderboard.
In exchange, we’ll stop paying traders a share of what members found through the leaderboard pay. Stock Locker keeps that revenue. Traders keep earning on the members they bring themselves.
The prizes are a fixed cost each quarter. Revenue from leaderboard members grows with every member our marketing brings in. Our aim is for that revenue to be far higher than the prizes we pay, which is what makes the model profitable. To bring in members at that scale, we need to run large marketing campaigns, and that takes cash.

The product
Traders post calls that are timestamped and sealed the moment they're made, and can never be edited or deleted. Their exchange, broker and wallet accounts are read directly, so every profile shows a real, verified track record. Paying members see calls instantly; everyone else sees them later.
The market
Millions of people pay for trading signals on X, Discord and Telegram, where past calls can be deleted and results can't be checked. Stock Locker is built for the traders who want to prove their record, and for the followers who want proof before they pay.
How we grow
Cash prizes bring the best traders to our leaderboard. Their verified results are our best advertising. Marketing campaigns bring paying members to the leaderboard, and those members' payments become our revenue.
Use of funds
The quarterly prize pool, large paid marketing campaigns across social media and creator partnerships, and the team, product and compliance work to support many more paying members.
